II. New Business
Pat Beach moved that the
Senate call an election for faculty to vote on authorizing a strike and
authorizing the Negotiations Team to set a strike date. Sue Bajt seconded
the motion. After discussion, the Senate
voted unanimously to approve the motion.
The Elections Committee were directed to
implement the motion in consultation with the Secretary. Paul Holdaway
reported that the election will be held in D-knuckle from
